Do 60 shots in 75 minutes

Press stop when you finish and check your results on the history
ISSF FREE PISTOL QUALIFICATION

Try this training and evaluate your result as an ISSF Qualification for Free Pistol

Do 60 shots in 120 minutes

Press stop when you finish and check your results on the history
SUSPENSION TIME
​
Improve your time while you're shooting by setting a time limit for each shot
​

Set the desidered max suspension time
-
Press Start
-
Position yourself as if you were in competition with the pistol pointing down (Circle turn green)
-
Point the pistol on the target (circle turn blue) and the time will start
-
Shoot within the set time (circle turn red)
-
Repeat again

* if you exceed the established time, the application will warn you with a
sound and a red band on the screen
ARM MUSCLE TRAINING

Train your arm with exercises from very easy to pro levels
​

Choose your level
-
Position yourself with the pistol pointing down
-
Press Start (Cirlce turn Red)
-
Raise the arm in suspension (Cirlce turn Green)
-
Rest time
-
Repeat until the end of the series.
